the staff were kind, helpful, and assisted us with anything we needed. the pool was refreshing, and my child had a great time in the garden area. the breakfast was tasty, and the service was top-notch. the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable to stay in.

I felt that some of the services needed improvement. the geyser function could have been more reliable, and the housekeeping could have been more attentive in clearing the food taken in the room.

The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a range of Indian options. The hotel had a beautiful environment with greenery and pets mingling around. the hotel allowed pets which was a major convenience for our furry friend.

The staff could have been more professional and courteous towards guests. They repeatedly asked for money even for small things, leaving guests irritated.
